Free delivery service will be provided over HK$700 (after discount) as listed below:

Orders cut off at 1 pm every day, customers will receive the parcel within 1 - 3 days.
The delivery time will be between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (with no preference time slot arrangement)
Customers will be contacted prior to the delivery.

The delivery service will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8, Red Rainstorm Warning or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted. In such cases, our Customer Service staff will contact you to arrange another delivery time.
If customers are not available to receive the delivery as scheduled, our customer service staff will contact you for new arrangement of delivery. Extra charge HK$50 will be applied for re-sending of product.
For exchange or refund, customers are required to contact our customer service representative by phone or email. No delivery service will be provided for refund or exchange of product.
The above terms apply only to retail customers (individual and residential orders) of One Stop Food Supply Company.
